Welcome to our FAQ page! We're thrilled to have you here and appreciate the opportunity to work with you. Here, you'll find answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.
1. Where do you find your pieces in your unfinished inventory?
Everywhere! Often when we travel, we will pick up many pieces along the way.
2. What kind paint and materials do you use?
There are many products we use and this is continually changing as new products become available. As of right now, we use a mineral based paint for some projects or an acrylic alloy for others. Our top coats are typically a water-based polyurethane.
3. How long does it take you to finish a piece?
This varies according to the size and the finish results requested on average between seven and 14 days.
4. Do you deliver pick up and deliver?
We are happy to help coordinate a third-party mover if you require pick up or delivery.
5. After we decide we want you to refinish a piece what happens?
We would need the dimensions of the piece, a few photos and what you would like done. After this, we can provide you with an estimate.
6. Can we come visit your shop?
Yes! Please give us a call and we’ll schedule a time for you to come out!
7. What are your hours?
We are by appointment only. We are in the studio nearly every day Monday through Friday.
8. How long does it take piece to cure?
Paint and polyurethane take an average of 20 to 30 days to cure.
9. Is my furniture waterproof?
Our water-based polyurethane is water resistant, not waterproof.
10. Is there anyone to help me load?
Yes! We always here to help you load! If it is a large piece please do bring an extra person with you!
11. What’s your warranty?
Please inspect your furniture upon completion. All our sales are final.
