How It Works

1. Choose Your Piece
   Select any available item from our unfinished furniture collection.
2. Choose Your Finish
   Select your paint color, stain, wood-tone wash, or a combination of finishes.
3. Choose Your Hardware
   Keep the original hardware, have it updated in a new finish, or select replacement hardware. Additional charges may apply depending on your selection.
4. Approve Your Design and Price
   We’ll confirm the finish, hardware, total price, and estimated completion timeframe before beginning.
5. Reserve Your Piece
   A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required before any work begins. This reserves the furniture and covers the materials and time committed to your custom design.
6. Final Payment and Pickup
   The remaining balance is due when the piece is complete and before pickup.

Please Note

Because each piece is finished specifically for you, all custom furniture sales are final. Once work has begun, colors, finishes, and hardware selections cannot be changed without additional charges.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. Whenever possible, we recommend viewing physical color samples before making your final selection.
